Product Introduction

The ZR-1006 mask particle filtration efficiency and airflow resistance tester was independently developed and produced by Qingdao Junray. It is used to test the filtration efficiency according to domestic and foreign different standards of masks. This product adopts imported photoelectric modules and independently developed and designed aerosol photometer, and equipped with salt (NaCl) and oil (paraffin oil) aerosol generators. We provide high quality particulate filtration efficiency testers and personalized solutions to quality inspection institutes, fiber inspection institutes, medical equipment inspection institutes, third parties and mask and melt blown cloth manufacturers.

1. High standard compliance

ZR-1006 adopts up and down two streams photometers testing method, which could precisely detect the aerosol concentration of two streams, and could perform multiple mass loading experiments, the testing principle conforms to domestic and foreign prevailing standards (table 1).

Note:

1. Airflow resistance is only for GB 19083 <Technical requirements for protective face mask for medical use >, the requirement is ≤343.2Pa.

2. Some instruments adopt particle counter principle can’t detect mass concentration neither perform load test, so, this kind of instruments don’t comply to standards.

2. The performance of the instrument is stable.

2.1 Photometer detecting is high precision: The independent researched and developed photometer adopts imported electro-optic module, the test range is 0.001mg/m³-100mg/m³, resolution is 0.001 mg/m³。   

2.2. Good repeatability: The test precision of ZR-1006 is 1%, repeatability is 2%.

2.3. Low failure rate: ZR-1006 adopts split design and high-quality material and excellent structure design, and deep optimization on software, all above guaranteed the failure rate within 10%.    

3. Convenient operation

3.1 Convenient operation interface: Operated with colored touch screen, related parameters could be inputted and test results.

3.2 Testing process is convenient: Continuous test after one time of aerosol concentration adjustment. Equipped with different clamps, masks and melt blown fabrics could be tested by set on the test chamber directly. Automatic data export and recording results, and print them by Bluetooth printer.  

3.3 Multiple test modes: Users could choose test modes- testing duration or loading test according to test requirements of products, the instrument will perform testing after inputting required data, automatic export testing result.
